Sam Boswell Automotive Group

General Manager Alignment Charter

Formalize named ownership, observable leadership behaviors, and documented sign-off for the FMX accountability system.

Charter Overview

This charter creates a dated, shared record of what was approved, who owns execution, and how alignment will be reviewed. It replaces vague verbal buy-in with a visible operating commitment tied to weekly review.

How To Use

Complete one charter at the start of each new initiative cycle. The Sam Boswell Automotive retains a copy, the Dealer Principal retains the signed record, and the Say/Do Tracker is used to review follow-through weekly.

Review Standard

Progress is judged on observable floor behavior, reporting accuracy, and whether agreed processes remain live without drift or quiet reversal.

General Manager acknowledgmentwhat is being signed
  • 1The General Manager acknowledges the current performance gaps and the need for structured intervention.
  • 2Priority initiatives are accepted as named ownership items, not general intentions.
  • 3Behavioral execution matters as much as verbal agreement, and progress is reviewed against observed evidence.
  • 4Sam Boswell Automotive has a direct reporting line to the Dealer Principal through the weekly pulse structure.

Deliver mandated processes consistently and without on-floor modification.
